How are our consultants trained and prepared?
Our consultants are trained and prepared during an 8-week, intensive new-member education process that prepares them to be a consultant on one of our teams. During this time, our consultants learn more about the consulting field, case interviews, technical skills that they will use on projects, and even have Q&As with our senior consultants and alumni. All of the skills that our consultants are taught during this process ensure they are prepared to best assist the project team on their first project.
What are the roles within each project team?
Our project teams tend to be made up of 5-6 consultants who work directly with the client. On these teams, there is a Project Manager, who serves as the team leader and the main point of contact with the client. There are also usually two senior consultants, who have had ample project experience and two junior consultants on the team. There is also a project advisor, one of our most experienced consultants, who does not work directly on the project but assists with any questions the team might have. This diverse set of experience allows for our junior members to work alongside more experienced consultants, while those senior consultants and the project manager ensure the success of the project.

Our consultancy has completed a wide range of projects including market research, consumer profiling, social media analytics, product viability, and even company expansion. This extensive portfolio of project experience has allowed our firm to amass the experience of how to assist a company with almost any problem it might face. To complete these projects, our teams use surveys, focus groups, eye-tracking technology, social media evaluation, ad claim testing, and SEO analysis.

We are constantly looking for companies to recruit our members and to work with long-term to create a relationship for both internship and full-time recruitment. We can have your company present to our firm, virtually or in person, at any time. We also can direct our consultants to your information nights, recruiting workshops, or networking events if you’d like to email your recruitment information to our president.

Our consultants have a variety of real-world experience, helping them develop their business acumen, strengthening their teamwork and leadership abilities, as well as their presentation skills by the time they graduate and move on to full-time positions.
