Timeline & Commitment

While having a project with East Bridge Consultancy may seem like a time intensive process, typically all that is required of the company is to meet with the team and clarify any questions that they may have to ensure that the project is progressing in the way that you want.

Our projects typically last one semester (roughly 13 weeks) and begin the moment our consultants arrive back on campus. The order that our projects typically proceed in is as follows:

·      Before the semester starts, our Director Of Corporate Outreach and the point of contact from your company will discuss the needs of your business, and where East Bridge Consultancy can help.

·      Next a Statement Of Work will be drafted, edited, finalized, and signed.

·      When our consultants arrive back on campus, the project teams will be formed, followed by that team’s first communication with the point of contact to go over the Statement Of Work more in depth.

·      The team will then begin to work on the project and will have at least one call with the point of contact at the mid-point of the semester to ensure the project is progressing well. The team will then complete the project using the remaining time in the semester.

·      Finally, the team will present their findings to the client either at the client site or virtually. We have found that travelling to the client site for in-person presentations is a valuable experience for both our consultants and the companies we work with. More information regarding this topic can be found in our FAQ section.

Overall, the time commitment can be as intensive or as “hands off” as your company prefers. In fact, the points in green signify how often our clients usually interact with the team (usually only 2 times during the semester and the final presentation). If the time commitment was a major concern of yours, we hope this information will alleviate your concerns.
